Welcome to Super Luck. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Super Luck mobile application, website, digital features, content and related services (“Services”).
By creating an account, or by accessing or using Super Luck, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Super Luck.
Super Luck is a social and lifestyle application built around the concept of luck, wishes, positive intentions, prayers, blessings, manifestation and protection-themed digital experiences.
Super Luck allows users to create and personalise digital sky lanterns representing their wishes or intentions and, where available, share them with other users. Depending on the features available to you, you may be able to:

Super Luck is a digital lifestyle and social experience. Super Luck does not guarantee that any wish, prayer, blessing, manifestation, protection experience, lantern, digital feature or payment will produce a particular real-world result.

Any visual effects, animations, stages, energy concepts, luck indicators, messages or descriptions within Super Luck are part of the digital experience. User stories, testimonials, displayed activity numbers or other experiences shown within Super Luck do not guarantee future results.
Super Luck should not be considered a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
Super Luck is designed as a lifestyle and social application and is not intended to operate as a gambling, betting or wagering service.
Payments made within Super Luck do not constitute:
Purchasing a digital feature does not create an entitlement to receive cash, financial returns or a guaranteed reward unless specifically stated in the applicable feature terms.
You must meet the minimum legal age required to use Super Luck in your country or region. Super Luck is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, unless a different age is required by applicable law.
By using Super Luck, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction.

You retain ownership of User Content that you legally own. By submitting User Content to Super Luck, you grant Super Luck a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display that content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, improve and promote the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content.
Super Luck may provide public and private options for wishes and lanterns.
Public Content — If you select a public option, your content may be visible to other Super Luck users. Public content may include information such as your username, profile photograph, wish or lantern, depending on the feature and the settings you select.
Private Content — If you select a private option, Super Luck will handle the content according to the privacy controls presented to you.
Review your privacy settings carefully before sharing content. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security or confidentiality.
Super Luck may allow you to create digital lanterns or wishes for family members, friends or other people. If you submit another person’s name, photograph, personal information or other identifying information, you confirm that you have the appropriate permission or lawful basis to provide that information.
You should not submit another person’s private or sensitive information without appropriate authorisation.
Super Luck may provide digital experiences including:

You agree to use Super Luck responsibly and respectfully. You must not use Super Luck to:
Super Luck may use automated systems, user reports, human review or other reasonable methods to identify content or activity that violates these Terms. We may remove or restrict content and may suspend or terminate accounts where appropriate.
We may also take action when required by applicable law or where necessary to protect users, the Services or our systems. We cannot guarantee that every violation will be detected.
Super Luck may offer optional paid digital features, experiences or other digital items. Prices will be displayed before purchase, and payments may be processed through the applicable app store or an authorised payment provider.
A purchase provides access to the digital feature or experience described at the time of purchase. Payment for a Super Luck digital feature does not guarantee any particular real-world result.
Purchases made through Google Play, the Apple App Store or another third-party platform may be subject to that platform’s payment, cancellation and refund rules. Where required by applicable law, you may have additional consumer rights.
For purchase-related problems, please first use the applicable app-store refund or support process, and you may also contact Super Luck through the Contact page of this website or the support options in the application.
Super Luck may change the prices of digital features from time to time. Any price displayed before a new purchase will apply to that purchase.
Price changes do not automatically alter completed purchases except where required by applicable law or the applicable payment platform’s rules.
Super Luck is not an investment platform.
Nothing within Super Luck should be interpreted as an investment opportunity, a financial product, a wealth-generation programme, a promise of profit, a promise of income or a guarantee of financial success.
Visual representations of money, luxury, diamonds, wealth, status or success are part of the application’s digital experience unless expressly stated otherwise.
Super Luck may display advertisements from Super Luck or third-party advertising providers. Advertising may be provided based on information permitted under applicable law, including contextual information, device information, general location or advertising identifiers where applicable.

The Super Luck application and its original content may include the Super Luck name and logo, trademarks, graphics, animations, lantern designs, artwork, sounds, videos, software, text, interface designs and other materials.
Except for User Content, these materials are owned by or licensed to Super Luck and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly exploit or create derivative works from Super Luck’s proprietary content without authorisation.
The SUPER LUCK name, logo, branding and associated designs may be protected intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of Super Luck’s trademarks or branding.
Subject to these Terms, Super Luck grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the application for lawful personal purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your country or region. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.

These Terms, together with the Super Luck Privacy Policy and other policies referenced within these Terms, constitute the terms governing your use of the Services.
